NEW FEATURES.

Web V2.7

  1. New Rostering Updates
  • The Publish Roster screen will now show an overview of the roster you are publishing; including the proposed changes and a list of any issues or warnings within the roster (see screenshot below).
  • The time entry fields (i.e. Start Time and End Time) have been updated to be more user friendly.
  • Shifts published through the new Rostering module that require acceptance by the employee can now be approved/rejected through the Definitiv apps (iOS and Android).

  1. The Leave History Chart available in both the Dashboard and Leave sections of Definitiv (web and mobile app) now include scheduled leave.
  2. User-defined exception messages will only show for exceptions within the timeframe of the current pay run and will not take into consideration prior periods when processing any backpay calculations.
  3. If you have multiple organisations within Definitiv, when a pay calendar is missing a period start date within one organisation; it will not hinder calculations performed in another organisation.
  4. The notification badge count that displays on the Definitiv mobile app icon will not include any announcements that have been ceased.
  5. The name and logo of the bank will show up for a new starter’s selected bank account when reviewing their onboarding application through the Onboarding module.
  6. Definitiv will now strip any non-required space characters in the SSO include/exclude mask details.

New Zealand V1.24

  1. The Employment Information File (V1) has been removed from the Custom Reports section to avoid confusion. As of 1 April 2021, you must use the report; PayDay Filing (EI) V2 to upload to the IRD.

Singapore V1.36

  2. The Audit Summary report has been updated to be compatible with Western Union alpha/numeric bank accounts.
