COVID-19 Update

To protect the interests of our community and for the safety of everyone, our team will be working from home indefinitely, until official guidance from the Australian Government changes.

We understand the services we provide are critical to our customer’s operations, so want to assure you that during this time, our team will continue to support you at full capacity.

Please be aware, while our team is working at home, the way you are able to contact us has temporarily changed. During this period, our phones have not been forwarded and we are not able to receive phone calls. However, do not worry as our team are still available to talk to you through other forms of communication. For more information, please continue reading this notice.

Outsourcing customers

If our Proactiv Payroll team provides you with payroll outsourcing services, please contact our team via email.

Inhouse/SaaS customers

If you use and manage the Definitiv platform internally, then please contact our team through the Definitiv Help Desk ticketing system. If you do not have access to the Definitiv Help Desk, please speak with your team members, as current Definitiv Help Desk users will be able to send through a user request.

Customers in implementation

If you are not yet live on Definitiv and currently in the implementation phase, please contact our team via email.

Non-customers

If you are not a customer, please fill in the enquiry form below and our team will get in contact as soon as possible.
